The Winds of Change by Martha Grimes. Reading the source material is a new experience since I discovered that there's Jury/Plant slash fic.
The book I'm writing:
Laboratory Manual for General Geology. I'm sure it will be riveting.
The book I love most:
Pride and Prejudice. I know you're all shocked.
The last book I received as a gift:
I Used to Know That: stuff you forgot from school. This was a Christmas present from Dad. I'm pleased to report that I still remember all the Chemistry, so apparently the money my parents spent on my college education was not wasted. ;)
The last book I gave as a gift:
Arachnids by Jan Beccaloni. This was a friend's Christmas present.
The nearest book on my desk:
The Girl Who Played with Fire by Stieg Larsson. It's about to be passed on to a friend because we're all about the recycling. ;)
