Anhydrous ammonia is a hell of a chemical

My heart goes out to the people in West, TX. However, there really isn't a big mystery here. Only a fertilizer plant where, I am absolutely sure, corners were cut and risks were taken to save a buck or two. I've seen a lot of it in my career.
